
Tips to feel better mentally
I've created lots of cards and post-its in my life to improve it.
I think it's important to take care of yourself, develop personally and gradually build up your self-confidence.
So here are the tips that I find most useful for a calmer mind🙂
If you have anxiety attacks, you can also consult the advice on how to calm an anxiety attack.
If you have negative thoughts about yourself, counter them each time with the opposite positive thought.
Example of a thought :
"I'm stupid" => "I'm intelligent".
Even if you don't believe it, this can gradually reduce these parasitic thoughts.
If you decide to see a mental health professional, really take the time to find someone you feel comfortable with.
You need to trust this person and feel confident enough to open up.
You can't change other people, but you can change the way you react.
When something seems too big, too long or insurmountable, don't hesitate to break it down into smaller tasks.
Moving forward a little at a time will be easier than trying to do it all at once.
Don't forget that those who have succeeded are often those who have failed the most and learnt from their mistakes.
Sometimes we want our nearest and dearest to know for themselves what we need.
But they're not psychic, so the best thing to do is ask them directly 😄
Just because someone is stronger than you in one area doesn't mean they're better than you in life.
Everyone has areas where they are strong and areas where they are weak.
No one is good at everything, everyone adds value in their own way.
If you're thinking about something you have no control over, say "STOP" to yourself in your head until the thoughts stop.
